At Botuvo, we want shipping to be simple and transparent for customers across the United States. Here is what you can expect when ordering from us.

SHIPPING SUMMARY
- Shipping Territory: United States (domestic only)
- Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (ET)
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–9 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
- Currency: All prices are listed and processed in USD ($)

1. ORDER PROCESSING (HANDLING TIME)
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.
- Handling Time: Orders are processed, checked, and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after Friday's cut-off time (5:00 PM ET) or during weekends/federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIME
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–9 business days from the date of purchase.
- Deliveries occur on business days only (Monday through Friday). Major holidays or peak shipping seasons may cause minor carrier delays.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price — there are no hidden shipping fees or surprise costs at delivery.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we will email you a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real-time.

5. DELIVERY CONSTRAINTS
- We ship strictly within the United States.
- We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Botuvo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- Address Changes: Contact us immediately at info@botuvo.com if you notice an error in your address. We can only modify shipping details before order processing is completed.
- Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy.

7. CUSTOMS & SALES TAX
Since all orders are shipped domestically within the United States, no customs duties apply. Applicable sales tax is calculated transparently at checkout based on state regulations.
